Entry 7: Festivals in Singapore

I celebrate Chinese New Year,as many people celebrate it,we celebrate it because it stands for a new year.We celebrate it by going to our relatives homes and having our Reunion Dinner.Malays celebrate Hari Raya Puasa to end the fasting month.Indians celebrate Deepavali because this is the day festival of lighs.

Entry 6: March Term Break

From Monday to Thursday,we read an English book before school starts and after recess.On Friday,we read a Chinese book before school starts and after recess.I think the school gets us to read so that we can improve our language.Yes,reading a book is like television inside my head.Yes,it is interesting and once I start reading a book I can't wait till I finish it.I like to read books writen by Adam Blade and I use to read James Lee.I like to read Tagus the horse-man writen by Adam Blade.

Entry 5: Activities Outside School

I have science high-achievers on Tuesday,I spend 1 hour 30 min on that activity.I am involved in this activity because I did well in my science exams last year.Yes,these activities helps me more in my science.
I have a temporary Chinese course on Thursday,I spend 1hour 30 minutes on this activity.I am involved in this activity because I am weak in Chinese.
I have science club on Friday,I spend 2 hours 30 minutes on this activity.I am involved in this activity because I like science.
I have Chinese tuition on Saturday,I spend 2 hours on this activity.I am involved in this activity because I am weak in chinese.

Entry 4: Journey Earth Hour 2009

We people can play a part by voting for earth instead of global warming.By voting it means switching off the lights for one hour.
I think we should switch off more electrical appliances and anything electrical which does not use batteries and use wireless and wire connection .

I have learned Microsoft Excel can be used for calculate numbers, shopping lists and making timetables. I like how Microsoft Excel the way it calculates the numbers and making shopping list.Microsoft Excel helps us calculate numbers.
